I spent over 20 years working in hospitality, retail, and restaurants.  I worked my way up through supervisory, general manager, district manager, and executive vice president roles.  Before leaving to start my entrpeneurial journey, I was the Chief Experience Officer for Aramark Corporation.

I have been an individual contributor and I have led teams of dozens, hundreds, and thousands.  I have led business units ranging from $2 Million to $450 Million dollars.  All along the way, though, my key focus was on three key areas that led to financial growth and sustainability.
